Terms of service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms govern the use of Nudge, a follow-up automation service operated by Autotakt. Nudge is a business tool: our clients are companies, and each engagement is also covered by an individual service agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

What Nudge is

Nudge connects to your CRM and automates follow-up with your leads over WhatsApp, email and AI phone calls, according to rules you configure. Each client runs on a dedicated, isolated instance that we provision and operate for you.

Your account

Your team signs in with Google. You're responsible for who on your team has access, and for keeping that list current: tell us when someone leaves and we'll remove them. Anything done through your instance by your authenticated users is on your account.

Acceptable use: this part matters

Nudge sends real messages to real people on your behalf, so the responsibility for those messages sits with you:

Your data

Your leads, your messages, your pipeline: yours. We process that data only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. When you leave, we delete your instance on request, in full.

Fees

Pricing is agreed per client in the service agreement. If an invoice goes unpaid well past its date, we may pause the instance after telling you. We won't delete anything without warning.

Availability, honestly stated

We work to keep Nudge running reliably, and its architecture is built for that. But Nudge depends on channels we don't control (WhatsApp, telephony carriers, your CRM's API), and we can't promise those never hiccup. The service is provided as-is; where a specific uptime commitment matters to you, it belongs in the service agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows: our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that legally can't be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Nudge whenever your service agreement allows. We can terminate for material breach of these terms, acceptable use above being the big one, with notice. Either way, you get your data out, and the instance is deleted after offboarding.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll tell active clients directly, not just edit this page. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
